::giant explosion of coughing that leaves me light-headed and sounds like it might be tearing loose some internal organs::

      That's... actually a really good thought. I think so, but it's worth double-checking. On the plus side, I just took the third dose of a three-pack of antibiotics last night, and it's made a huge difference. There's still some coughing, but I got a full night's sleep last night!
