Oh, that is too funny. I didn't realize candles did that in hot weather.
I think it depends on the wax used. Paraffin, soy, beeswax? Oh yeah. I'm pretty sure stearine and palm wax have higher melting points, although I don't know if it's enough to prevent that at current Texas temperatures.
Oh that's hilarious! Thankfully my candles seem to stay in the locked and upright position.
