Beloved art thou, O head cold
Who bring'st thy gifts in measure full
Thy presence fills me with awe
Courageous and unrelenting
Your treasures do not grow old
They continuous fill my skull
At the back of my throat they gnaw
Might trepanning offer some venting?

I loved this post! Too funny. Hope you feel better soon, though, if it's based on a read cold.
ReplyDeleteSadly, it is - though to be honest, I'm not sure if it's actually a head cold, or if it's just that everything is suddenly in bloom and my allergies are having a meltdown. Whatever it is, I hope it goes away soon - so thank you!
